Castleton Center for Schools Unveils Summer 2021 Course Offerings

Castleton, VT (05/06/2021) — Castleton Center for Schools, the region's leader in professional development for educators, is offering a broad spectrum of graduate-level courses this summer to meet the needs of pre K-12 educators and administrators.

Center for Schools will offer most of its summer courses through synchronous and/or asynchronous online delivery or in an outdoor setting with proper social distancing measures. The convenient online delivery allows educators to participate from wherever they may be - at home, by the pool, on vacation, or from the camper.

Online registration is currently open for more than 75 summer courses offered by the Center for Schools, with classes starting now through Mid-August.

This summer's offerings cover a wide variety of content areas and topics including online teaching and learning, technology integration, student engagement, early childhood education, middle grades education, digital storytelling, outdoor education, and more. It also includes core content areas of math, literacy, music, and Spanish, among others.

"If you need a content area or course not yet listed, feel free to contact the Center for Schools. The CFS team would be happy to custom-build courses for you," explained Assistant Director Tara Lidstone.
