Mallory Costello Named NAC Player of the Year

After helping the Spartans capture the outright, regular season North Atlantic Conference Title with a perfect 9-0 mark, Castleton University senior Mallory Costello of Sussex, NJ was one of five Castleton players to receive NAC All-Conference honors, as announced by the conference.

Costello earned NAC Player of the Year honors for the second straight season and third time in her career after tallying ten goals and nine assists in conference play. She collected at least three points in each of the eight NAC games that she played in, while also scoring two goals in three of those contests. Overall, the senior leads the conference in points (48), goals (19) and assists (10) while ranking 11th nationally in total points and 12th in goals scored. This marks her fourth straight NAC First Team All-Conference selection.

Costello was joined on the NAC First Team by teammates Allie Vachon, Eva Clark and Jessica Binkowski. Shelby McLenithan received NAC Second Team honors.
