Julia Lacoste Participates in Disability Awareness Month State House Lobby

Castleton University student Julia Lacoste recently participated a Disability Awareness Month State House Lobby.

Students volunteered their time to lobby at the Vermont State House for Disability Awareness Month with the members of ARC-RA, an organization devoted to the community inclusion of people with developmental disabilities. During their time at the State House the students listened to families petition legislators, met with legislators, and provided support to members of ARC-RA as they practiced speaking to their representatives.
