Jessica Cameron Named NEHC Goaltender of the Week

After leading her team to a pair of victories in New England Hockey Conference play, Jessica Cameron of Castleton, VT has been named NEHC Goaltender of the Week.

Cameron picked up a pair of wins in goal this week, helping lead the Spartans to a school-record 6-0 start to the season. The senior tallied 37 saves in her two starts, with a goals-against average of 1.00 and a save percentage of .949. In Castleton's 3-2 win over Franklin Pierce on Friday evening, Cameron made 31 saves. Cameron followed that performance up with two shutout periods in Saturday's 8-0 win over Nichols.

This is the third time that Cameron has earned weekly honors from the NEHC.
