Jessica Cameron Named NEHC Goaltender of the Week

After helping lead her team to a pair of overtime wins this week, Castleton's Jessica Cameron of Mt. Mellick, VT was named New England Hockey Conference Goaltender of the Week.

Cameron continued her string of impressive play, picking up a pair of victories against tough opponents over the weekend. In a 3-2, overtime victory on Saturday, Cameron stopped 25 shots while helping Castleton to its first-ever win over #4 Middlebury. On Sunday, the senior followed it up with a 42-save performance in another overtime victory, this time helping lead her team to a 2-1 victory over Connecticut College. Sunday's contest was the fourth time Cameron has collected more than 40 saves in a game this season, while she posted a save percentage of .957 on the week to go along with a goals-against average of 1.42.
