Jessica Cameron Named NEHC Goaltender of the Week

For the fourth time this season, Castleton women's hockey goalie Jessica Cameron of Mt. Mellick, VT has been named the New England Hockey Conference Goaltender of the Week.

Cameron was outstanding in goal for the Spartans on the week, compiling 106 saves in two games en route to a 1-1 record. In a Tuesday loss to No. 1 Plattsburgh St., Cameron recorded a career-high 60 saves and a save percentage of .963. On Sunday, the senior netminder followed that up with a 46-save shutout against Williams, her second shutout of the season. Cameron is currently one of just two goaltenders in the nation to hold a save percentage over .950 while averaging more than 30 saves per game.
