Brooke Naylor Awarded Castleton Philosophy Plato Prize

Castleton student Brooke Naylor was recently awarded the Castleton Philosophy Department's Plato Prize for best essay in philosophy.

With 12 entries in all, Brooke's "Olivia Grace" paper, on the ethics of assisted reproductive technologies, earned her a $200 award and an invitation to present her work in the fall of 2015.

The Plato Prize is awarded to a student with the best essay in philosophy during the academic year and is sponsored by Castleton's Philosophy Department and Chief Academic Officer. The competition is open to all Castleton students.
